Chad resides in Manheim Township with his wife, Dana and his two sons, Chad II and Hunter. He is co-founder and President of Lancaster's leading renovation and handyman company, Home One Home Improvement Services. He started the company in early 2005 when he saw a great opportunity to challenge the current home improvement market by offering an unrivaled 5 Star Guarantee to all customers. Home One quickly became one of Central PA's premier handyman and home improvement companies and has helped thousands of loyal customers since its inception.
In addition, Chad is also Vice President of the Mortgage Division of Ephrata National Bank where he is in charge of managing all mortgage functions for the bank including sales, operations and secondary marketing. He also serves on the board of directors of Also-Me.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering a messages of help, hope and faith to the youth of today.
Prior to that, Chad was founder, President and CEO of Guardian Home Funding, Inc, which had 2 operating divisions: Aarrow Mortgage Group and BestPriceMortgage.com. Each of these divisions was recognized both locally and nationally for production as well as cutting edge technology that lead the mortgage industry into the e-commerce era.
In his free time, you will find him at the Lancaster Ice Rink coaching the Lancaster Firebirds PeeWee A team or Manheim Township Middle School team. He also coaches inline hockey at the East Petersburg Roller Rink. A certfied USA Hockey Level 4 coach, he has an extreme passion for the game of hockey.
