Chad Neiss is best described as a proven leader with a professional track record of successfully creating and building sales and operational teams with impeccable performance results. Over his 25 year experience in the mortgage industry, Chad Neiss has helped thousands of people buy, build and afford the home of their dreams.

Chad is currently Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President, Head of Mortgage Division at Ephrata National Bank where he is in charge of managing all mortgage functions for the bank including sales, operations and secondary marketing as well as overseeing the bank's strategic plan. He has quickly made ENB one of Central PA's top mortgage companies.

In addition, Chad Neiss is also co-founder and President of Home One, LLC in Lancaster, PA. He started the company in early 2005 when he saw a great opportunity to challenge the current home improvement market by offering an unrivaled 5 Star Guarantee to all customers. Home One quickly became one of Central PA's premier handyman and home improvement companies and has helped thousands of loyal customers since its inception.

Previously, Chad Neiss was Senior Vice President of Residential Lending at Susquehanna Bank where he was responsible for recruiting and managing the entire sales team and catapulted mortgage originations 5 fold over a four year period, with a distinct focus on purchase money and new construction business.

Prior to that, Chad was founder, President and CEO of Guardian Home Funding, Inc, which had 2 operating divisions: Aarrow Mortgage Group and BestPriceMortgage.com. Each of these divisions was recognized both locally and nationally for production as well as cutting edge technology that lead the mortgage industry into the e-commerce era. In 2001, he sold the companies to American Home Bank, where he maintained a role as the National Director of Sales until 2004.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chad lives in Lancaster with his wife, Dana, and his son Hunter. He loves coaching hockey and is a Level IV Certified USA Hockey Coach..
