Chad Neiss is an active member in a number of organizations, both on a professional level and on a volunteer basis. In addition to serving as the SEVP, Chief Strategy Officer and EVP, Head of Mortgage Division at Ephrata National Bank and President of Home One Home Improvement Services, Chad Neiss is also active with the following organizations.
Chad Neiss currently serves on the Board of Directors of Also-Me.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to positively changing lives by providing messages of help, hope and healing.

Chad Neiss currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bankers Settlement Services - Capital Region, LLC. BSS is a multi-owner title agent affiliated with Investors Title Insurance and a number of community banks located in Central Pennsylvania. BSS offers comprehensive title insurance and professional services for all types of residential and commercial real estate transactions and prides itself in maintaining long lasting relationships with those we serve.
Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago MPF Advisory Council
Chad Neiss is a Member of the FHLB MPF Advisory Council. The purpose of the Council is to provide a national forum for experienced mortgage professionals to share their expertise, experiences, and views of real estate lending activity and general market issues affecting housing. The Advisory Council helps identify best-in-class solutions to the challenges and issues encountered by real estate lenders as they relate to the MPF Program and make recommendations to the program for the benefit of participating financial institutions (PFIs) and their customers and communities across the country.
Chad Neiss is an active member of the ABA, the united voice of America's banks. Through a broad array of information, training, staff expertise and other resources, ABA supports America’s banks as they perform their critical role in energizing the economy and helping communities thrive.

Chad Neiss is a long-standing member of the BIA of Lancaster County, an organization whose purpose is to promote its member companies while advocating for a fair market business environment that meets the housing & building needs of Lancaster County. He currently serves on the BIA Board of Directors.

Chad Neiss has been a member of LCAR for over 20 years. From its inception in 1917, LCAR has been deeply involved in providing buyers and sellers with knowledgeable, ethical and competent agents.
