Chad Neiss resides in Manheim Township with his wife, Dana and his son Hunter. Chad is co-founder and President of Lancaster's leading renovation and handyman company, Home One Home Improvement Services. He started the company in early 2005 when he saw a great opportunity to challenge the current home improvement market by offering an unrivaled 5 Star Guarantee to all customers. Home One quickly became one of Central PA's premier handyman and home improvement companies and has helped hundreds of loyal customers since its inception.

In addition, Chad Neiss is also Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President, Head of Mortgage Division of Ephrata National Bank where he is in charge of managing all mortgage functions for the bank including sales, operations and secondary marketing, as well as overseeing the bank's strategic plan. He also serves on the board of directors of Also-Me.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering a messages of help, hope and faith to the youth of today.

Prior to that, Chad Neiss was founder, President and CEO of Guardian Home Funding, Inc, which had 2 operating divisions: Aarrow Mortgage Group and BestPriceMortgage.com. Each of these divisions was recognized both locally and nationally for production as well as cutting edge technology that lead the mortgage industry into the e-commerce era.

In his free time, you will find him coaching hockey for the Hershey Junior Bears or Manheim Township High School team. He also coaches inline hockey at the East Petersburg Rink. A certified USA Hockey Level 4 coach, Neiss has an extreme passion for the game of hockey.
